Accepting these terms
By using IbiroriHub, creating an account, publishing an event, registering for an event, or using community features, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Eligibility
You should only use IbiroriHub if you are able to enter into these terms and participate in events lawfully. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have permission to represent that organization.
Responsible platform use
You may not post misleading events, abuse networking tools, spam other users, impersonate others, upload harmful content, or misuse event, opportunity, or profile information.
Community standards
IbiroriHub is built for professional, creative, and community exchange. Users should treat others respectfully, avoid harassment or discrimination, and use networking features for genuine introductions, collaboration, hiring, learning, or event participation.
Attendee responsibilities
Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before registering, arriving on time, following venue rules, respecting organizers and other guests, and bringing any required confirmation, identification, or ticket information.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information, ticket terms, schedule details, venue guidance, refund policies, attendee support, and check-in operations where relevant.
Event content
Event titles, descriptions, images, schedules, prices, and venue details should be truthful and lawful. IbiroriHub may remove or limit event content that appears fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
Tickets, payments, and refunds
Ticket availability, prices, fees, payment processing, refunds, and cancellations may depend on organizer policies and third-party payment providers. Additional payment or ticketing terms may apply when those features are active.
Cancellations and event changes
Organizers may change, postpone, or cancel events. When possible, organizers should communicate important updates clearly and promptly. IbiroriHub may help display updates, but organizers remain responsible for the event experience and related attendee communication.
Prohibited activities
You may not use IbiroriHub to promote illegal activity, collect information without permission, interfere with platform security, scrape data at scale, upload malware, manipulate ticketing systems, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Third-party services
The platform may link to or rely on third-party services for maps, payments, authentication, analytics, communications, or partner content. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and IbiroriHub is not responsible for every action taken by third parties.
Intellectual property
IbiroriHub owns or licenses the platform design, branding, interface, and original content. Users and organizers keep ownership of content they submit, but grant IbiroriHub permission to display, promote, and process that content as needed to operate the service.
Feedback and suggestions
If you send ideas, feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you allow IbiroriHub to use them to improve the platform without owing compensation or creating an obligation to implement them.
Privacy
Use of IbiroriHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and what choices users have regarding their information.
Suspension or removal
We may suspend accounts, remove content, restrict event listings, or limit access when we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for others, abused the platform, or used IbiroriHub in a way that harms the community.
Disclaimers
IbiroriHub helps people discover and manage events, opportunities, and connections, but we do not guarantee that every event will occur as described or that every organizer, attendee, partner, or opportunity will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, IbiroriHub is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, event cancellations, third-party actions, payment provider issues, or damages that are outside our reasonable control.
Indemnity
If your use of IbiroriHub, your event content, or your conduct causes claims, losses, or expenses for IbiroriHub, you may be responsible for helping cover those claims to the extent allowed by law.
Disputes
If a dispute arises, we encourage users, organizers, and IbiroriHub to first try to resolve the issue through clear communication and support channels before pursuing formal action.
Changes and availability
IbiroriHub may update features, content, or these terms as the platform grows. We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, improvements, or issues outside our control.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of IbiroriHub after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms, unless the changes require a different notice or consent process under applicable law.
